Home Modifications and Maintenance Services (HMMS)
Deborah undertakes home modifications assessments for a number of HMMS organisations in the Sydney area. Under government grants, HMMS have received funds to provide services and help cut waiting lists for government services.
Deborah attends client’s home and completes the paperwork for the HMMS. If equipment is required, she will liaise with hospital lending pools, recommend providers and help with applications. She can also provide training for clients and their carers in use of the equipment and transfer techniques.
Deborah is able to undertake assessments for your HMMS, for care and community services providers, or for direct clients.
