Deborah has been an Occupational Therapist for more than 20 years and is the co-author of WorkCover NSW’s Return to Work Coordination and Advanced RTW packages. Deborah started her own business, OHS Solutions, in 2003 and has assisted a variety of businesses with OH&S compliance and best practice. Deborah has spoken at seminars and conferences including School Sport Safety in 2004 and 2005, Carex 2007 and Contractor Safety Alignment Conference in 2007.
