Fees quoted are valid for twelve months and will be reviewed on an annual basis.
A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged if services are cancelled within three (3) to five (5) working days of the scheduled service. Cancellations within zero (0) to two (2) working days of the scheduled service will incur the full fee.
Payment for services will be due within 14 days of invoice.
A two hour minimum callout will apply to all on-site meetings/inspections.
Off-site work, such as research and report writing, will be charged in 15 minute increments.
Training fees are for delivery of training and course materials only. If venue and catering are required, these will be sourced and charged at cost.
All Occupational Therapy services are subject to travel costs, generally charged at a rate per hour.
Costs quoted do not include out of pocket expenses. Out of pocket expenses may include travel out of the Sydney Metropolitan area, accommodation, meals (incurred in overnight stays), and similar expenses.
Travel expenses (non OT services) will be charged at cost with the exception of travel in own vehicle which is charged at 70 cents/kilometre.
If a service is cancelled for which travel and/or accommodation has been booked, any cancellation fees will be payable by the client

10% GST applies to all services.
